Become a Vendor
The Westside Farmers market is proud to bring quality local products into our diverse urban community. All vendors must come from within 100 miles of Rochester and we especially encourage neighbors growing food in the Southwest area of Rochester to apply to vend at the market.
We are a producer only market, no re-sellers are allowed, with limited exceptions. The market volunteers operate a co-op booth which supplements the products brought by vendors, all of which are sourced from local and sustainable sources.

- Completed Application Form
- Acknowledgement that you have read the Rules and Regulations
Once accepted you will also need:
- Proof of Liability Insurance naming St Monica Church, the 19th Ward Community Association, and the Westside Farmers Market as additionally insured (if you're unsure where to start the Farmers Market Federation of NY has information available)
- Appropriate Tax Certificates (as required for crafts, plants, or cut flowers)
- Any Monroe County permits as applicable to your business.
