The Westside Farmers Market is Closed for the Season!
We will reopen in June 2016

St. Monica Church

For the cold weather season, you can continue to shop at the Rochester Public Market on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday or the Brighton Market on Sunday. Brighton will move inside in November.
THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SHOPPERS, VENDORS, MUSICIANS, ARTISTS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO MADE THE 2015 SEASON ONE TO REMEMBER!
The Westside Farmers Market serves five west side neighborhoods in Rochester, NY, located near the walking bridge to UR campus. The market is open each Tuesday from mid June to mid October in the St. Monica parking lot on Genesee St. We pride ourselves on a community spirit that is quite remarkable!
We have a warm, friendly, active market (you could find us dancing on the pavement). We offer a good variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, greens, breads, pies, cookies, wine, plants, flowers, handmade herbal soaps – all from within 100 miles of Rochester. We encourage shoppers to come to the market, meet the farmer or vendor, make their purchases, socialize with friends and neighbors, enjoy the live music and entertainers, relax and enjoy the evening. The market is open rain or shine! In fact the market does not shut down for weather, except for the duration of a thunderstorm.
We accept EBT, SNAP, MC, VISA, and many of our farmers participate in the Farmer Market Nutrition Program. There is plenty of free parking at the Westside Farmers Market. We are also on a major bus route.
